Since 1983, Wheeler Broadcast Consulting has provided expert, educated broadcast engineering support to radio stations throughout the United States. WBC originally focused on hands on maintenance and emergency services in the Midwest, but now has expanded to include turn key radio station construction services and FCC filings for the broadcast industry. With over twenty-five years of experience as a radio broadcast technical consultant, I have designed and built AM and FM studios, supervised construction of transmitter sites, and filed hundreds of Federal Communications Commission applications for station changes, city of license changes, and station class changes and modifications.
As a past Chief Engineer for several major broadcast corporations, I can oversee and manage project budgets, as well as provide consultation for strategic, long term planning.
